Absolutely! This is the most common myth about yoga. You do not need to be flexible to start; yoga is the practice that builds flexibility (and strength) over time. The only requirement is a willingness to try.
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Yoga is practiced barefoot. Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and we recommend a towel. We have mats and props available for rent/purchase if you forget.
Yes, we highly recommend it! Pre-registering through our app or website guarantees your spot in class, especially for our popular sessions. It also helps us prepare the space and allows for a smoother check-in process.
